At Applecrumby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that if the fit isn't perfect, we will make it right as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Applecrumby account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the original, unworn garments with all designer tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
